We are currently seeking a Senior Study Manager to join our growing office team. As a Senior Study Manager reporting directly to Manager – Eastern Region you will be responsible for delivering studies for clients across all stages of the mining/mineral project lifecycle, from scoping, pre-feasibility, through to definition study phase.  This role will be responsible for coordinating a multi-discipline team with full accountability across the quality, budget, schedule and risk management of the study works. Our current studies suite covers the full range of metals and minerals, from the traditional gold and base metals through to the developing battery minerals e.g. Lithium, Aluminium, and Graphite etc.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and administrate the undertaking of study work to a budget and schedule
• Managing the progress of deliverables for each study
• Checking discipline engineering works as required
• Organising Peer Review activities at the appropriate junctures in the study works
• Ensuring design & study standards are followed
• Quality management and study report authoring
• Client relationship management and fostering good team relations
