The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team to support our Recruitment team to assist with our growth across our construction projects.

This is an exciting time to join GRES as we are experiencing significant growth providing great opportunities for you to develop alongside us.

Working on multiple varied projects in a small recruitment team, you will be working with Project and Construction Managers to assist in the management of site personnel.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Actively recruiting trades utilising a range of sourcing strategies
• Marketing and promoting the GRES employer brand to increase our direct hires across the projects
• Delivering a high level of customer service to internal clients and candidates
• Working with the mobilsation team to ensure a candidates recruitment and onboarding experience is positive
• Working with other HR Professionals to resource for various sites
